Although I love to cook and bake (healthy & not too healthy items too!), I really understand the importance of maintaining an active lifestyle consisting of a balanced diet.
Spinach and treadmills aside, I also recognize the need for treats from time time to time!
Overall, however, knowing how to balance nutritious meals, snacks, habits, and working out effectively, will provide countless rewards for you, your body, and your family.
